4.【解析】本实验采用质壁分离的原理探究黑藻叶片细胞液的浓度.实验的自变量是蔗糖溶液的浓度,因变量是蓝色小滴升降情况;根据实验数据分析,黑藻叶片细胞的细胞液浓度介于0.15mo·L-和0.20mol·L-1之间;乙组试管1、2、3中蓝色小滴下降的原因是甲组12、3号试管中黑藻叶片的细胞液浓度大于蔗糖溶液浓度、细胞吸水,导致试管中蔗糖溶液浓度上升,蓝色小漓密度大于乙组相同编号试管內溶液的密度,由于甲组3号试管失水少,蔗糖溶液浓度变化小.故乙组3号试管中蓝色小滴下降速率最慢;乙组试管4、5、6屮藍色小滴均上升的原因是甲组4、5、6试管中黑藻叶片的细胞液浓度小于蔗糖溶液浓度.细胞失水,导致试管中蔗糖溶液浓度下降,蓝色小滴密度小于乙组相同编号试管内溶液的密度.甲组6号试管细胞失水最多,故6号试管中黑藻叶片细胞内叶绿体分布最密集。故选D。
